Cuerpo-Territorio:

This article is an intervention into our collective thinking about solidarity between and among women/feminists in the Americas. We consider concept of cuerpo-territorio relation to feminisms Anglophone North America Latin American Indigenous communitarian feminism. After providing overview cuerpo-territorio, we argue that these scholarly bodies literature embodied practices they discuss share following concerns analyses: (1) colonialism inherently patriarchal, (2) violence against body intimately linked land, particular extractivism, (3) human life exists connection with non-human animals, plants, other beings. By looking more closely at theorizations enactments related concepts, aim contribute emerging South-North dialogue feminists hemisphere, especially challenges possibilities solidarity.
